ภารกิจของสำนักงานที่ปรึกษาด้านอุตสาหกรรมในต่างประเทศ
1. Industrial Cooperation
ประสานงาน สร้างเครือข่ายกับวงการอุตสาหกรรมทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อแสวงหาความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจและวิชาการ ตลอดจนแสวงหาช่องทาง/โอกาส เพื่อการได้รับคำแนะนำด้านการส่งเสริมการผลิต และการพัฒนาบุคลากร ทั้งอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่ และ SMEs
2. Policy Advising
จัดหา รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านอุตสาหกรรม เช่น ข้อกฎหมาย (Regulations) ผลิตภาพ (Productivity) การกระจายการผลิต (Diversification) การเคลื่อนย้ายโรงงาน (Redeployment) การปรับปรุงคุณภาพสินค้า/รูปแบบ (Design) ตลอดจน ศึกษา/ติดตาม/รายงานสภาพความก้าวหน้าของการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบายด้านอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทย เช่น การปรับปรุงกฎหมาย การคัดเลือกเทคโนโลยี หรือกระบวนการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ สำหรับลงทุนในไทย
3. Team Thailand
ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบายบูรณาการภารกิจในต่างประเทศของรัฐบาล งานโครงการ Foreign Mission Integrated Projects ซึ่งต้องให้ความร่วมมือและดำเนินการร่วมกับสำนักงานต่างๆ ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูต
The mission of the Office of Industrial Affairs
1. Industrial Cooperation
Provides coordination and opportunity for networking between public and private sectors in Thailand and Europe. Seek opportunity for economic, technical, and academicals cooperation, in order to improve productivity and personal development in large industry and SMEs
2. Policy Advising
Provide, collect, and analyze industrial data and information, such as regulation, productivity, diversification, redeployment, quality improvement, and design. Follow and report the status of industrial development progress, such as legislative updates. Recommend technology or quality process for investors in Thailand
3. Team Thailand
Operate within the integrated policies of the Thai government. Cooperate and operate with other offices within the responding area and in accordance with the Thai Embassy
